Chimichurri Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Italian parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
3/4 tsp chopped red chilli
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Combine the ingredients and mix well. Allow 30 -60 minutes for the flavours to develop. Goes particularly well with Hanger Steak and Rump Cap.
